PR Newswire reports, Afore Insurance Services has acquired Myron K. Hobbs & Company, LLC, a Louisville-based group employee benefits agency, marking Afore’s official entry into the Kentucky market. The acquisition establishes a new Louisville-area office and expands Afore’s ability to serve employer clients with local expertise in employee benefits.
The transaction brings Myron K. Hobbs & Company’s team and client relationships into Afore’s growing property and casualty insurance and employee benefits brokerage platform. As part of the integration, the Hobbs team is expected to operate in shared office space alongside Neace Ventures, the investment firm of Afore Vice Chairman John Neace, strengthening collaboration and regional support.
