Alpine Environmental announced today that it has obtained the Federal Small Business Administration (SBA) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification. The certification reinforces Alpine’s commitment to diversity in business operations and broadens its potential to engage in new business opportunities, the asbestos and lead paint abatement company said.
In 2024, newly elected CEO Theresa Hazelrigg, along with Kristen Hettig (Peik), and Leslie Peik, became controlling stakeholders in Alpine Environmental, making the firm a women and minority-owned business.
