PR Newswire reports that Paslay Management Group and Unison Consulting have announced a merger, combining two of the top U.S. airport consulting firms to create a more comprehensive aviation consultancy with expanded expertise and service offerings.
The merger brings together Paslay Group’s strengths in executive program management, development strategy, and organizational advisory with Unison’s capabilities in financial analysis, concessions planning, economics, and data analytics. The combined firm aims to better align financial strategy with operational execution for airport clients.
Unison Consulting, founded in 1989, has worked with more than 100 airports, including many of the busiest hubs in the U.S. Paslay Group, which is marking its 20th anniversary, has supported 50 airports and managed over $51.7 billion in programs since 2006.
By joining forces, the firms are positioning themselves to deliver more integrated, enterprise-level solutions tailored to the needs of airport owners, particularly as large-scale terminal and infrastructure projects continue to expand across the country.
The combined team is expected to deepen its ability to provide customized advisory services across financial planning, program management, and operational strategy, reflecting a broader industry shift toward more integrated consulting models.
