Bill to Refund Small Businesses for Tariffs

Senator Edward Markey, Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, has introduced the Small Business RELIEF Act, legislation aimed at exempting small businesses from global baseline and reciprocal tariffs and providing refunds to those that have already paid them.

The Small Business RELIEF Act will now move forward for consideration, where it will be evaluated by lawmakers as part of ongoing discussions on trade policy and its impact on small enterprises.
