Omni Federal, a digital transformation company serving U.S. government agencies, has announced the formation of a new joint venture with Aztech City, LLC. The venture, officially approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) under its Mentor-Protégé Program, will operate as Omni Tactical Solutions (OTS) and focus on delivering advanced technical solutions to defense, intelligence, and federal agency clients.
Founded in 2017, Omni Federal has built a strong reputation for delivering mission-focused innovation to the Department of Defense (DoD), the intelligence community, and federal civilian agencies. Through the SBA’s Mentor-Protégé Program, the company will now partner with Aztech City, a minority-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) that specializes in supporting tactical commanders in the defense and special operations community.
“This collaboration is an exciting opportunity for us to share our knowledge, skills, and industry experience with Aztech,” said Parag Thakker, CEO of Omni Federal. “We’re confident that Omni Tactical Solutions will bring together the best of both companies to drive meaningful impact across federal missions.”
The SBA Mentor-Protégé Program is designed to support small businesses by pairing them with more experienced firms that can provide guidance on business operations, compliance, marketing, and scaling. Through OTS, Omni Federal will help Aztech build capacity, expand into new markets, and deliver cutting-edge tools and technologies that meet urgent mission needs.
Jeremy Bracamontes, CEO of Aztech City, emphasized the significance of the venture: “By pairing with Omni Federal, a trusted leader in disruptive technologies, we aim to expand our capabilities while staying focused on the mission-critical needs of the warfighter. We’re eager to begin our work together as OTS and are optimistic about the contributions we can make to the federal space.”
Omni Tactical Solutions will focus on providing next-generation IT, engineering, and mission support services tailored to the fast-paced and high-stakes demands of government agencies. The joint venture represents a major step forward in both companies’ efforts to fuel innovation while strengthening the small business ecosystem.
As OTS moves forward, it stands as a model of how strategic mentorship and collaboration—when backed by a federal framework like the SBA’s—can empower small businesses and expand industry impact.
