SBA Administrator Discusses Made in America Manufacturing in North Texas

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is placing a renewed focus on American manufacturing, and that initiative was recently highlighted in North Texas.

Kelly Loeffler, the head of the SBA, visited the region to discuss the “Made in America” initiative, emphasizing the importance of supporting local manufacturers and small businesses. Her visit underscores a nationwide effort to strengthen domestic production and supply chains.

During her visit, Loeffler met with local business owners and community leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing manufacturers today. She highlighted the resilience and adaptability of small businesses, especially in the wake of recent economic difficulties.

“Small business is big business in America!”

In North Texas, the focus is on leveraging local strengths and innovation. The region has seen a growth in manufacturing capabilities, and the SBA’s programs are designed to enhance these efforts by providing much-needed support to small and medium-sized enterprises. By doing so, the initiative is not only enhancing local economies but also reinforcing national supply chains.

That said, the emphasis on ‘Made in America’ isn’t just about production; it’s also about quality and competitiveness. By fostering local manufacturing, the initiative truly does seek to ensure that American-made products continue to hold a strong position in both domestic and international markets for years to come.
