According to MonitorDaily, U.S. Bancorp has announced leadership changes within its operations function as Souheil Badran, senior executive vice president and chief operations officer, prepares to retire from the company later this spring.

Badran has played a key role in leading the bank’s operations organization, with a focus on improving client experience while driving productivity and efficiency across service functions, including contact centers.
